From late 1800 and early 1900 experts like Vivekananda speech in Chicago (1893), T. Krishnamacharya (1924), Swami Shivananda (1936) etc., giving the ancient knowledge as Yoga. They have been experiencing and unrevealing the benefits of Yoga practices and their own discoveries. With this tradition (Parampara) Yoga from Rig-Veda to Upanishads and then to Raja Yoga and recently to Hatha Yoga. These changes and different identifications are because of the experience and the limited life span of experienced. The present different books are also based the experimenter view and expression. If the common man sticks to this modern knowledge, then the true knowledge like Rig Veda cannot be known. If the person spends in the physical practices, then the true essence of lifestyle cannot be reached. Hence the root of Yoga should be the basis for education which can further make into a lifestyle. So Yoga is not a practice, but it is the way of life. Then there is no difference between practitioner and the practice.
As Patanjali Maharshi well said (2.1), studying scriptures as a daily activity is considered to be one of the parts of Yogic life.
Rishikesh Yog Sansthan brought the new education system of Vedas and the Upanishads to make the lifestyle. The living habits will be made in terms of the daily schedule of learning and daily personal activities.
