As per the obstacles of yogic path like less time, commitments of usual life etc., learning may not be possible in a life time. The modern lifestyle made the person away from actual knowledge and hence flexibile method f teaching will help the situiation. All these observations in enquiring time brought this 100 hour TTC. This can be done twice to accumulate 200 hours in 3 years of time. This flexibility may meet the demands of the lack of 4 weeks at a stretch, lack of fee to be paid at a stretch. This program also helps to spread the knowledge beyond the rules and regulations of normal 200 hour TTC. Person can gain health with this flexible yet residential way of education. 100 hour TTC is the base for any beginner and is still the same challenging as 200 hour TTC. The assignments, presentations, attendance, etc,. will be assessed and conclude with a proving letter in first two weeks. The attendance, regularity, punctuality, open discussions and final practical exam will be conducted at the end of next contact session (3rd and 4th weeks).

Chapter-1: YOGA TECHNIQUES (60 hours)

Introduction to Yoga

Mantra Chanting/ Recitation of Sacred Sound
This subject is part of teaching techniques. The purpose of mantra chanting in yoga is to generate vibrations and connect with the universe. Each mantra is special and rich with spiritual energy.

Asana/ Yoga Postures

This subject is part of teaching techniques and Methodology. Students will gain extensive knowledge on yoga postures and will increase their strength, flexibility and discipline.

Students will gain extensive knowledge on yoga postures and will increase their strength, flexibility and discipline.

1. Written Test: preparation of charts or group presentations.
2. Oral Test: group discussions, debates, question and answer sessions
3. Attendance: punctuality of 95%
4. Code of conduct: social and ethical behaviour will be observed
5. Assignments (after 2nd week to have the continuity of knowledge and practice)

1. An advance of a course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.
2. We accept cancellation as per the student’s request, but advance deposit will not be refund.
3. There is no charge of course cancellation. Student just has to inform by email.
