The initial 2 steps of Yoga Nidra

  1. Yoga Nidra: “Shavasana” is the relaxation and meditative pose. It requires less physical effort hence the mind can be focused easily.
  2. Yoga Nidra: “Self-relaxation” is the first step of Yoga Nidra. It requires all the external supports for the sake of comfort and satisfaction. Hence the mind can be free from discomfort and ready for next step that is segmental relaxation.
