Point no-1: ASANA NAME

Eg: Representation of posture in daily life or scriptures.

Point no-2: STARTING POSE

Eg: Tadasana, dandasana, etc.,

Point-3: SYNCHRONIZE WITH BREATH

Eg: Inhale raise the arm, exhale while bringing it towards chest.

Point-4: EXECUTION

Eg: stepwise instructions to final pose and maintain for 5 to 10 breaths.

Point-5: OBSERVE IN RELAX

Eg: Feel the pains, stretch, and thoughts.
